Medicare Advantage Plans 2012

Due to the changing healthcare environment, Family Physicians of Evans, Inc., has identified the Medicare Advantage plans that they feel provide the best coverage to their patients and has, therefore, decided that for the 2012 calendar year, we will only participate in the following plans:

• Coventry

• Humana

• Wellcare
